Do CellStar phones work with Telus or Bell?
Our phones are GSM and are compatible with Rogers , Fido and Primus. Telus and
Bell use a different network such as CDMA/TDMA and will NOT support an unlocked
mobile phone. Outside of North America , Vodafone is also compatible.

Ho Do I activate GPRS with a non-Rogers phone on the Rogers Wireless network. ?
In order to connect to the Rogers Wireless GPRS Network through a WAP Browser, a
subscription to a navigate Mobile Internet plan is required. Rogers Wireless
phones are pre-loaded with the WAP settings; however non-Rogers phones must be
programmed with this information.
The settings required are as follows:
Primary IP: 208.200.067.150
Primary Port: 9203
Secondary IP: 208.200.067.151
Secondary Port: 9201
APN: goam.com
Username: wapuser1
Password: wap
